SnapInker License Terms

Please read these license terms carefully before using SnapInker. By installing and using SnapInker, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license agreement.

1. License Grant

  1. Single User License: SnapInker is licensed on a per-user basis. Each license allows one individual user to use the application on a single device.

  2. Scope of Use: The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SnapInker for personal or business purposes, in accordance with these license terms.

  3. Restrictions: The user shall not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble SnapInker.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on SnapInker.
  • Share, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend SnapInker to any third party.
  • Use SnapInker for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in SnapInker, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, and documentation, are owned by Sojatia Infocrafts Private Limited. SnapInker is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

  2. The user acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in SnapInker belong to Sojatia Infocrafts Private Limited, and the user agrees not to take any action that would infringe upon or violate those rights.

3. Limited Warranty and Liability

  1. SnapInker is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied. The user assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of SnapInker.

  2. In no event shall Sojatia Infocrafts Private Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use SnapInker.

5. Termination

  1. This license agreement is effective until terminated. The user may terminate the license by discontinuing the use of SnapInker and uninstalling it from all devices.

  2. Sojatia Infocrafts Private Limited reserves the right to terminate this license agreement in the event of a breach of these license terms by the user.

6. Governing Law

This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
